Our approach to home inspection services includes a number of factors to ensure our clients have clarity around their potential home purchase. We know that this process can be stressful so we’ve broken down our services below to give you a better sense of what we do and how we can help protect your investment.
When you buy a home, you’re also buying all of it’s hidden problems. Our home inspections involve a comprehensive evaluation of the lot, the structure(s), and the interior spaces. If you are a first-time home buyer and are unfamiliar with the inspection process, we have summarized many of the tasks we perform below. While this only serves as a basic summary, it should give you a good idea of what to expect in the home inspection process.
After the inspection is complete, I will personally explain my findings with you and your agent. We’ll discuss any major issues found and I will mention any maintenance items that you’ll want to keep an eye on. I’ll provide you a detailed and thorough report with information about the property as well as the observations we discussed with images for reference.
